Suicide Prevention Week

The ability to harness your inner power and strength contributes greatly to having the resolve to live. Often times when we are overwhelmed by our thoughts, feelings, or unhealthy behaviors, it can feel as if no longer existing is the most viable option. However, when we take the TIME and SPACE to tap into our MIND and SOUL, we can find the POWER and will to live, even when we are battling against the odds. This year's Suicide Prevention Week will help you develop these skills and find more meaning in your life.

Join us for our Suicide Prevention Week March 18-22, 2019

Monday - The SOUL Stone - Kindness Rocks

“One message at just the right moment can change your whole day, outlook, or life.” Words have power, so does conversation. Come talk and paint a kindness rock with us that inspires and empowers your soul. Take one if you need one, give it to a friend in need of some encouragement, or leave one for another to find.
